República del Salvador N36-84 y Naciones Unidas, Mansión Blanca Building, office 902, Quito, Pichincha, Ecuador.
2. Purpose of the site
Nioslopser is an educational content portal about real estate crowdlending addressed to residents in Ecuador. The site is not a collective financing platform, it does not raise funds from the public, does not intermediate investments and does not issue personalised investment recommendations.
3. Acceptance
Accessing and using the site implies full acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree with any of them, you must refrain from using the site.
4. Permitted use
The user agrees to use the site in accordance with Ecuadorian law, morality, public order and these conditions. Mass scraping, unauthorised bots, introduction of malicious code and any action that may affect service availability are prohibited.
